> The rubbish and weed collection along the length of Dyers Road from Bridge street to Refuse station - boundary to the effluent ponds - is completely unkept. The addition of the new fence line and lack of removal of the old triple wire post fence ( in state of disrepair) is preventing easy collection of waste and weeds from this Ring Road Section. Given it’s access to the refuse station and it’s high use status around Christchurch it’s extremely urgently in need of three wire fence removal.
