> These intersections where the cycle lane remains the left most lane rather than sitting in between a left turn lane and straight/right are bad. If the lanes can't be changed then perhaps visually extending the cycle lane across with green paint zebra crossing style, bollards, and a sign reminding cars to check and give way to cyclists before left turning. I've been hit (pic 1), and numerous close calls (pic 2, almost clips my rear wheel) and squeezes where the car enters the cycle lane prior.
