> Wroxton tce has been re surfaced with shingle AGAIN which has been done terribly. AGAIN. This is such a wate of money why would you resurface a road ever year poorly when you could just tar seal it once and not do it again for 5-8year. The amount of rates that get paid in this area a decent road isnt much to ask for. This shingle also causes damage to cars for then next 6-8 weeks
