> There’s an old uncovered water mains tap at 64 Bletsoe Avenue to the left of a new mains tap by the property’s concrete block wall. I regularly uncover the hole because it’s a hazard to dogs and people walking on the grass but the grass quickly grows over the hole and/or fills up with leaves.
