> At the top of Heaton Rhodes Place is a stormwater grate. In period of med to heavy rain, water comes out of this grate and down across Heaton Rhodes. If heavy enough it comes straight in my driveway and to my front door, where it builds up until over my front door level. It has come in to my house twice (1 insurance claim) and been close to it numerous times. A permanent solution to this needs to be found.
