> Sunday 6pm - saw occupant of a blue Toyota Rav4 reg MKG161 get out of the car, look around and dash across the curbside grass towards to the swale where they lobbed a bag over to the bushes. After they drove off I went over to see what they had thrown. Contents were bread rolls as per the photo. They should be made to retrieve their rubbish to dispose of in the correct manner.
