> The upper leak has NOT BEEN ADDRESSED. The seal has been patched numerous times but there is clearly a leak above it. Now the water is tracking down the road 30 metres and emerging bigger than ever through another hole in the tar seal. If the offending leaks are not repaired this part of Scarborough Rd is in danger of caving in. This has gone on for years and only ever been patched up without investigation and repair of where the water is actually coming from.
