> This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on Jun 14, 2018. Hi. I have already made an online complaint yesterday regarding this issue. However, it has occurred again overnight. Used condoms and drug paraphernalia outside the entrance to our building. This is down an access way between our building and the church next door.
