> Someone from the flats at 95 has left a damaged wooden plant holder on the stony berm. Trouble is if there is an electric problem the electricity vehicle has no way to access. The man who did this started leaving it near 95 then shifted it. He is looking for someone to take it but it could be there for weeks. Please can it be removed. Maybe tell whoever took over from med.
