> I would like to raise concerns regarding the safety of the residents and regular visitors of Purau Terrace who come to walk the steps. Exiting Purau Terrace proves very challenging at times with vehicles coming from the right on Cashmere Road at speed. There is a blind spot due to the fence and vegetation at the property at 37 Cashmere Road where you cannot see cars coming. A judder bar or similar would be beneficial to slow vehicles and/or corner mirror due to fence/vegetation obstructions.
