> Many thanks to CCC for Crosbie park new car park. When taking a closer look i notice some rubbish being illegally dumped amongst the tree hidden out of view and more bags further back towards Aspley Drive. To save the council from continual cost picking these up perhaps approach Riccarton Leagues Club and strike a deal for the club from here on in to recover future dump rubbish and in return give the Club 3 large Red wheelie bins and deduce the cost for all 3 Red bins from the annual rate fees
