> On the 13th, 18th and 28th March found City Care hydrotruck in middle of road with no traffic management emptying something into sewer. This was reported on the first two occasions and the peron/s still doing this. I am a trainer in traffic and we use this road for training.Spoke to the driver on the second occasion and asked where his TM was. He said he was only going to be 5 mins and he was too busy for that. Not sure what he was emptying into the council sewer. Great look from a council owned
