> Higgins completed works at the head of the cul-de-sac approximately 10 months ago to "fix" issues with the kerb. They have incorrectly graded the new kerb and there is now more ponding than before they completed the works. There is also ponding in driveways where they have asphalted tie ins without going back far enough to allow for the revised grades. A simple increase in fall through to the outlet sump would've solved the ponding issue. This should be fixed at no cost to the rate payer.
