> Not for the first time has rubbish both green waste and hardfill been dumped by the access road to the council reservoir just before 99 Shalamar Drive Cashmere. The pictures show it is a mixture of green waste, tyres and miscellaneous including a chair in the sump. I think the pictures tell the story.
