> There is a leak on the pipe leading j go out house. The council came to check this morning and said it was our responsibility to fix (left note in letter box)- however leak is coming Into our property from under the footpath. On council website it says point of supply is our property boundary. Could someone please contact me to explain how this can be our responsibility to fix when the water is coming onto our property from under the footpath.
