# Noise - General, 186 Chester Street East, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch, New Zealand

Christchurch Central City, Christchurch · filed 5 April 2024 · report 4502824

> Every Friday morning o get woken up by Waste Management when they empty the bins at 186 Chester Street East. The recycling is particularly annoying and even more so this morning it was done at 6.42am!! Most times it's done before 7am. This is a residential street and the noise is waking me up every time. It's the noise of idling and backing into the site too that's causing me to wake up but the rubbish dump is the worst!! I asked Waste Management to do it later but they do not want to.
