> Please turn on the red right turn arrow ..Papanui Road into Aikmens Road.. the light is there just having it stay on red and the ability of one car per light change against the oncoming traffic creates frustration and bad decisions .. please be smart about this.. this was 11.20 to 11.30 on a Friday .. waited 5 light changes to get into Aikmens Road and many queued behind me
