> It was interesting watching the green rubbish truck this morning as he wasn't picking up all the bins and he was stopping every 50 metres or so for 5 to 10 minutes. He seemed to be replaying the trucks video. If he carries on like this he is going to get far less work done and more complains. Randolph Street is not a street to not pick up rubbish as they will just dump it in the parks on this street.
