> This is just an example, but the gutters in this area are full of leaves. No attempt has been made to clean these gutters for months. The leaves have composted and turned to sludge and when it rains it floods. There are many trees in this area that have dropped their leaves, so it would be a good time to send the sweeper truck around to do some basic preventative maintenance work.
