> Here is another example of gutters so clogged with rotting leaves that you can’t even see the gutter anymore. These are not lose leave but compacted sludge. This area consistently floods during periods of heavier rain (such as early to mid June 2018). Come on people, this should be routine pre planned maintenance work. It should not be left up to people like me to report this kind of stuff. This is what we pay our rates for. I think we can do better than this?
