> In Jan 2024 I lodged a SSS about a business sign on the corner of Penruddock Rise and Cashmere Rd. The business the sign relates to is over 1km away, at 133 Ravensdale Rise. I asked if the sign contravened Council's policy on free standing signs, which are supposed to only be outside the business itself. I was rung by a man from CCCC who said it was against CCCC policy & they would get it removed. It was, but now it is back. The Residents Assoc don't condone such signage & want it removed.
