> The isolating valve at the water meter won't open or close and is stuck partially open, so we have almost no water on the property. The tap just goes round and round without actually opening the valve, so I'm guessing it's rusted out internally. As we barely have any running water, are you able to provide an estimate of how long it will take to repair this? Thanks, Peter.
