> Gutter system and foot paths down Rose Street are full of leaf matter. There is no where for water to go. Leaf matter is slippery under foot. We have a rest home across rd. Lots of elderly enjoy walking, and today, one has slipped on the leaf build up on path. Needs to be cleared up weekly at the ?? moment
