> Last heavy rain event I sent photos through and indicated that the sums on both sides of the Esplanade need sucking out as they block with wind blown sand. Also the pipe under the road connecting the two sumps. Obviously wasn't done. Please place urgently on a work programme before winter. Opposite my property at 30 Esplanade.
