This flooding under second tree north from midway street crossing is a Safety issue for all using the Mall side of Golf Links Road - at times you have to step down onto road and go around a parked car . The second picture is of a recent fix on the footpath south of the crossing and I feel may be an error - should have been the tree where all the flooding happens .
