> Putting a road sign in the middle of footpath without any warning that the footpath is closed. It is on Waimairi Rd right before the Waimairi and Maidstone Rd intersection. The footpath isn't closed. Clearly there is no road works around the corner. This road sign needs to be moved to where people will accessibility problems can still get passed. I had to reverse and then try to get across the very busy Waimairi Rd on my mobility scooter
