> Please could grasses be cut right back or removed entirely so that the footpath can be used? Although people can walk on the verge, this isn't suitable if it is wet. Additionally the footpath is obstructed for scooters, mobility scooter and pushchairs/prams. We (local residents) have been occasionally cutting grasses back ourselves, but this isn't always feasible (lack of correct tools etc).
