# Animal - Domestic, 47 Colman Avenue, Sockburn, Christchurch 8042, New Zealand

> We just had an encounter with a young woman (13-17 yo?) and a little boy (7-12yo?) who were walking a large Rotti called „Thea“ or „Theo“ or similar, they had zero control over. It dragged them up and down the road and barked at me and my dog, trying to drag them across the road to us. When I asked them to stop so we could leave the park across, she said „I’m trying, but I can’t hold him“. Nothing happened but this is a desaster waiting to happen. There was one neigbour (man) witnessing it, too.
