> These hebe’s need to be pulled out, they are either dead or dying and some are from before earthquakes, your gardeners do absolutely nothing when they stop, maybe pull out a loose bit of grass then back to the truck to write up report, taking all of 5 mins if that. Don’t need more hebe’s, grasses would be better on both sides of Lamorna Road and Linkwater Way, Parklands - thanks
