> Kia ora walking the Linwood canal and noticed it was clear until I saw this just upstream of hargood street. Seems to be a sediment discharge coming from this stormwater pipe. Oozing into the canal which flows into ihutai the estuary. Perhaps caused by works on the Linwood ave??
