> About 3 weeks ago my wife rang council to get the leaves cleaned out of the gutter on Fifield Terrace by Cholmondeley Ave. they came and did Cholmondeley Ave but not Fifield which was asked for. Please see pictures of it. It has been so long since it was done that leaves have decomposed and grass is growing out of the leaves. Can this please be done.
