> Hello. Since a storm after the 2011 earthquakes, a section of Selwyn Rd has been affected by a slip beside a partially complete renovation at 14 Selwyn Rd. We noticed that guttering on the adjacent building at 14 Selwyn Rd was not fitted to the roof at the time of the slip. It appears that no work has been done to remove the slip from the road, other than sheets of plastic being placed over the slip. This slip prevents parking and reduces the width of the road and restricts use of the road which would normally be narrow. Your prompt attention would be appreciated. Thank you.
