> I walk early in the morning and the cars at this house are always parked over the pavement. Sometimes it’s easy to walk past but other times you have to step off the pavement and onto the road. I don’t know if there are expectations re cars and driveways but I would expect that they don’t block a path? It would be great if these residents utilised either their garage or the roadside parking.
