> RoadWorks currently underway near the intersection of Halswell Junction Rd and Howe feature a RoadWorks roadside warning sign that is a very effective & highly dangerous "Vision Blocker" preventing traffic making a right turn out of Howe into HJ Rd from having a clear view of oncoming traffic, especially vulnerable motorcyclists or cyclists. The presence of this sign is in very clear violation of what was stipulated in the MOT Safer Journeys strategic paper re "maintaining clear lines of sight".
