> Good afternoon, one of the bin collector trucks has just emptied bins (assume green bins) as they were in and out of the car parking area within a short timeframe. However!!!! Had a child been crossing the drive way or any person, they would not have had a chance to move. This truck driver left the complex at speed. No consideration for anyone around them and frankly was downright dangerous. So dangerous that our place shook, the clock came off the wall & smashed onto the floor. Time: 12.55pm
