> Am I allowed to blow leaves from my property into the street to be rid of them? I spent Friday tidying up my section, and the footpaths, drains and gutters outside my section, blowing all the leaves into a pile for my later disposal (3rd photo). My neighbour @29 walpole used his Saturday morning blowing his driveway clear by depositing it all into the street (1st & 2nd photos). This will soon block the drain and gutter I just cleared. So, future reference, is this an allowed disposal method?
