> Hello, I recently moved into 120 Springs road and have noticed a couple of things, not sure who’s responsibility it is so looking to clarify and resolve. The first few pictures show rubbish and dirt in the roadside drains, they look like they need a good clean and clear. There is still water even though it hasn’t rained for a few days. A lot of the rubbish in the drains seems to be the leaves from what I believe is my neighbours tree which I have also taken a picture of. Finally is a picture of where I believe my water from my roof should be flowing out but there doesn’t seem to be a pipe or it looks blocked. Unless I’m mistaken there should be a pipe there.
