> Gutters in Saint James are quite deep, and with the leaves falling off the trees walkers are unable to see these gutters / drains. In the lead up to the Papanui ANZAC Day parade, an elderly women fell over due to this issue. Would strongly recommend CCC have a team clear these leaves prior to ANZAC day and continue to clear them weekly at this time of the year.
