> At the bridge from the dog park area to the Songpa gardens, there is a small post to the left of the bridge to advise that it's an on-lead area from that point. On Monday afternoon (April 29th) two people with 3 dogs crossed the bridge into the Songpa gardens area. All 3 dogs didn't even have collars on, let alone leads. Please add obvious barriers and bigger signs about on-lead areas. It would help me feel confident to remind dog-users to go on-lead. There are so many off-lead dogs there.
