> Attached is a photo of the leaves that I cleared off my garden, footpath and berm from the council trees in the photo. I did this whilst a CCC team about 50m away was clearing leaves on Crombie Green. They could see and hear me as I had a leaf blower. I left a the large pile thinking they would clear it up and take ie away on their large flat bed truck, the registration ending in 111. They didn’t….they buggered off! Just remind me again why I pay my council tax?
