> I am Styx Mill CC Gardener. 2-3 years ago the two Pin Oaks at the corner of WaterMill/Millstreams were trimmed They are in need of an uplift and thinning out again. Also trimming the branches back from the neighbouring property to fence line. It would be preferable to have these given a significant topping , but understand the council requirements for topping. Definitely need trimming back from the neighbouring property/thin out and uplift.
