> There's a problem on Monday nights along the new Sparks Road cycleway. The residents need to be told not to put their bins on the cycleway. My photo here is at dusk but when I'm coming home half an hour later the bins are invisible lost in the headlights of oncoming cars. That's really dangerous and it would be impossible with oncoming cyclists. Thanks for the cycleway though.
