> Unsavoury graffiti left and fence broken at 112A Bower Ave, sometime between 8am and 7pm on Friday 3rd May. The fence belongs to an abandoned property with rubbish piling up inside, I’m also worried this will start spilling out as this has happened before. The message is likely caused by the tenants at 112B as they can be abusive and intoxicated.
