> At this road junction, the fence is not set back or angled to prevent the junction becoming a blind corner. There are many speeding drivers in this residential area and this obstruction to the corner presents a hazard. Also the give way signs and road markings are not installed in this area. I would think for new residential areas this would be a standard?
