> 14a Buxton Ave owners have a make shift stormwater set up at the front of their section (behind our house) which isn’t linked through to the road. It looks like it’s diverted to a neighbours section. The connection has come apart causing the stormwater to seep into the ground then come up on our back yard / section. Is this something the council can look at or just a private matter?
