> Driving along Brougham St at 9.30am waiting to turn right into Waltham RD. While there was a green arrow option on the lights for a right turn it was not functioning at this time. I can only think that it was turned off after the busy time. I was 4th in line to turn right which took 4 sets of light changes plus each one of us had to wait till the lights were almost red to turn because of the on coming traffic. Why isn’t the right turn arrow working along Brougham St the whole time
