> Can I ask why the street sweeper is clearing the gutters of the leaves, BUT just leaving the leaves a little way out onto the street? When it rains, they will simply be washing back into the gutters, and secondly it becomes a hazard for cyclists. Why do we not have a machine that sucks up the leaves altogether?
