> Someone has moved cones from the lane that is supposed to be closed to road works. This lead to the situation of vehicles driving into the closed lane and of two or more cars adjacent to each other (one in the closed lane, one in the open) almost crashing into each when they both turned left into Graham's road. Suggestion to put cones back to prevent similar incidents or worse.
