# Roads - General, 9 Glas Brae, Governors Bay 8971, New Zealand

Governors Bay, Christchurch · filed 13 May 2024 · report 4652539
https://www.chch.live/report/4652539

> Hi this must be a mistake - as you know we don’t have any public transport in governors bay so we rely on private cars to get to work, and our kids to school. With the proposed closure I can’t afford to get to work in town via Gebbies Pass and it would take an hour to reach my child at school in case of emergency. This is totally unacceptable. We need at least partial access over Dyers pass to function as a community. Thank you for amending this.
