> Continuous parking over footpath all day and night with black ute and also a white van. Kids are in danger. Nanny struggles with her walker going around vehicles having to go on muddy grass. Tried to explain to the man about the law Clause 6.14 of Land Transport Act. But he said he has the right then got aggressive. He seems very threatening I won't approach again.
